As a Telephone Negotiator you will be contacting customers in arrears with credit card or current accounts. With the emphasis on prompt payment in full wherever possible, you will work with the customer to try and resolve problems objectively, suggesting possible ways to repay their debt.
With experience in dealing with a high volume of outgoing calls and working to targets, you have knowledge of credit or debt processes or, are from a cold-calling, telesales background.
In addition to a professional, articulate and assertive telephone manner, you must have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minutes and basic knowledge of word processing and outlook.
These roles offer full training and ongoing support, together with the opportunity to progress for the right candidate. They are not within a call centre environment but in modern purpose built offices with a friendly team atmosphere.
Applicants should have a flexible approach towards working, as you will be expected to work some late shifts finishing at 8.30pm and two Saturdays per month.
